I can’t find the print icon in the BackThen app?

Print is available to all iOS and Android users in the UK. If the print icon is missing or any print options, first ensure you have the latest version of the BackThen app, version 1.8.0 and above for iOS and 1.32.2 for Android.

The print icon is located in the top right-hand corner of the home screen. Still can’t find it? Please email us at support@backthen.app.
